When we first started out with astro21c, the idea was to concentrate exclusively on delivering an inspirational space related service to schools and colleges and ultimately that goal remains. But since inception we have begun to realise the wider opportunities for both the company and our clients (students). If you take even a cursory browse around the average boom store, the variety of any space related material is minimal to say the least and all too often non existent, and so it came to us that a space related book service on eBay would be a good idea. Unfortunately the name astro21c had been taken, so we settled for astro21century . Having set-up the account our thoughts expanded to those wider aspects of science and associated curriculum subjects areas, and then while thinking about my own and experiences and those of others with regard to science and getting inspired,well its not science per-say that always motivates, but science fiction and so our stock base widened yet again to include works by Isaac Asimov, Arthur C Clark , Philip K Dick, Stephen Baxter and the list goes on.
