Here at Spaceport UK we have decided to expand our virtual facility by introducing the sky platform. Of a regular basis, we shall be featuring famous Observatories and their telescopes and we start with the Leviathan of Parsonstown. You can Teleport to the skyplatform from the landing point, and upon arrival will be offered a Notecard that covers the background of the telescope along with a number of web links. Taking a walk around the observatory you will get a real feel for the sheer size of the undertaking, we include a number of other Notecards for your interest, that you can acquire simply by touching on different features. We certainly hope that you enjoy this new aspect to a SIM and please feel free to feedback any comments.regards Aso
